Daffodil Photo Magnet

This fun, crafty project doesn’t actually include daffodils, rather you craft something to look like this beloved springtime favorite. With only a few supplies and a little time, your little ones can create a masterpiece all their own that you can hang on the fridge. Let’s get started...

Materials Needed
- Two Plastic Yellow Cups
- Green Construction Paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Magnet
- Photo

Putting It All Together
To get started, simply cut one of your plastic cuts to one inch deep. To make it more interesting, give the edge a more realistic look by cutting a wavy line. Trim your photo to fit inside the cup and glue it into place. Next, take the second plastic cup and cut six slits, evenly spaced around the edge; make sure to cut all the way to the bottom of the cup, as these are to be the petals. Bend your petals outward and trim the edges to a point (into a more petal-like shape). Glue the cup with your photo inside the second cup. Next, cut leaves out of green construction paper and glue to the back of the flower. Finally, attach a magnet to the back and hang on your fridge!
