Fairview's Strange Plant Collection 2009, continued

	Tibouchina Princess Flower This purple blooming beauty loves full sun and can take our heat and humidity. It grows similarly to the tropical hibiscus and has large bright purple flowers. Can be grown in containers or in the ground. Keep watered well.
	Vancouver Centennial Geranium This geranium is grown more for the foliage than the orange-red blooms. The leaf resembles a maple leaf. The leaf is gold with rust-burgundy center splash. It is great in containers and can be grown indoors, too.
	Lantana ‘Chapel Hill Yellow’ This is a new cold hardy (to USDA Hardiness Zone 7) yellow lantana. It has a spreading habit and gets sixteen inches tall and two to three feet wide. This year, we have the largest selection of lantanas we have ever had... with more than twenty-five different varieties in stock, we are sure to have something to match any gardeners palette!
	Illumination Begonias This breathtaking cascading begonia features three to four inch beautiful flowers in a variety of colors. A real show-stopper! They are great hanging baskets for shade-loving areas.
	Blue Plumbago This is a great tropical plant for containers and beds alike. It features beautiful powder blue flowers and has a somewhat spry growth habit. Blooms spring, summer and fall! It can grow up to twenty-four to thirty-six inches tall and wide, but can be pruned to be kept shorter.
	Snail Vine This new vine is very fragrant and blooms late summer through early fall. The blooms are purple and white and resemble a snail because of the curling effect. This vine is happiest on a trellis or fence.
